EA News: 50 Games going Offline and 3 Key Execs Cashing Out All Stock Shares

EA is taking about 50 games offline on June 30th, after the shut down of GameSpy’s services takes place. EA was working to transition from GameSpy-based games and the process has presented some technical challenges they haven’t found answers to. So, the solution has been to take the titles offline.

According to Joystiq, if EA doesn’t figure out some sort of community supported solution, then users may other servers which already provide server support for some of the games that will be going offline.
