I love this article. This man is 106 years old and credits his alert mind to playing video games every day.

Frankly, I think if the baby boomers want to stay out of the nursing homes, they still have lots of time to cop a squat on the couch with their grandkids, which you know, would be good for interfamilial relations (just remember, you might be related to the little shit that keeps headshotting you every time you respawn – so be kind).

I say, Go Forth and Play! You know you want to see your kids’ kids growing up.

Retired college professor Xu Fenghuang has seen some of the most chaotic times of Chinese history. Despite all the excitement in his life, Xu’s spending his retired years playing brain games.

Sina Games reports that Xu, who was a professor at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, spends parts of his day playing video games. Sina says that Xu credits games as one of the reasons that his mind is alert and active.
